It is an approximately 4 hour ride to JR Akita Station from Tokyo and 2 hours and 10 minutes from Sendai, using Akita Shinkansen Super Express "Komachi."

Car
Take Akita Expressway. It is only 3 minutes to the campus from Akita Chuo Exit.

Flights are available from Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Sapporo. It is a 30 minute car ride from Akita Airport to the campus. An international flight from Incheon Airport in Korea takes only 2 hours and 15 minutes to Akita Airport.

Ferry service is available from Tomakomai, Niigata, and Suruga. The campus is only 25 minutes by car from Akita Port.
